All my classes offer a combination of deep stretching, strengthening and relaxing postures. Some include mindfulness meditation. My aim is that you will leave my class feeling stronger, lighter and more at ease in mind and body than when you arrived. 


Here are details of my classes and one to ones:


Mindful Yoga - Fridays 9.45-10.45am - Whittington Park Community Centre, N19 4RS.  A lovely, relaxing combination of yoga and mindfulness. Gentle with optional challenges. £12 drop in, £8 concessions. Discount if you pay up front for a block (please enquire). No experience of yoga or mindfulness is necessary. 


Half Hour Yoga Tonic - Wednesday 9.30-10am - a short morning class to energise and set you up for the day. Whittington Park Community Centre, as above. £5.

One-to-ones also available in yoga or mindfulness or a blend of the two - the perfect way to deal with stress, anxiety and manage chronic aches and pains. A one-to-one is also the ideal way to prepare for joining a class if you are new to yoga or returning after a long break, illness or injury. Please see the 'One to Ones' page for details of prices.


I am now a qualified mindfulness therapist and teacher with a Level 4 CPCAB qualification from MindfulnessUK. I can help you learn mindfulness and establish your own practice. Please contact me for further details.
